Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
- Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve with turkey bacon dishes or as a dip.
Notes
- For a stronger garlic flavor, add more minced garlic.
- This aioli can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
