- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Coat the sweet potato cubes with the butter mixture.
- Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Once crispy, remove the sweet potatoes and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add some chili powder or cumin to the butter mixture.
- Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
