  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, butter, garam masala, cumin, paprika, salt, ginger, and garlic powder.
  2. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Once cooked, drizzle with heavy cream before serving.
