- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken chunks to the bowl and coat evenly with the mixture.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before using them to prevent burning.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the skewers for extra flavor.
