- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the honey, salt, pepper, and paprika to the butter mixture; stir until well combined.
- Coat the chicken tenders with the honey butter garlic mixture.
- Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove the chicken tenders from the air fryer and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can coat the chicken tenders in breadcrumbs before cooking.
- Adjust the amount of honey for your desired sweetness.
