- 4 slices turkey bacon
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey, eggs, vanilla, and salt until combined.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Dip both sides of the bread slices into the yogurt mixture, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the bread slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and set.
- Meanwhile, cook turkey bacon in a pan until crispy.
- Top the toast with bacon and serve immediately.
