Instructions
- Grate zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, salt, pepper, flour, cheese, egg, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place fritters in the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.

- For a vegan option, substitute egg with flax egg.
