- 1 cup almond flour

- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Add the egg and almond extract, stirring until combined.
- Fold in the sliced almonds.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden.
- Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
- For an extra flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon.
- Make sure to not overbake the cookies for the ideal chewy texture.
