- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, almond flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, orange zest, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix until a dough forms. Fold in sliced almonds.
- Roll the dough into a log shape and twist to form biscuit shapes.
- Place the twists on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
