- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 6 large eggs

- 2 cups frozen hash browns

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add the hash browns, chicken ham, and bacon to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
