Instructions

  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Alternately add the flour mixture and sour cream to the butter mixture, starting and ending with flour.
  6. Pour half the batter into a prepared baking pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, then top with the remaining batter.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
