- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion

- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into patties and place in a baking dish.
- Pour beef broth over patties.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until cooked through.

- For extra flavor, add your favorite herbs to the mixture.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or a side salad.
