- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onions over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef and onions with the elbow macaroni, half of the cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
