  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onions over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef and onions with the elbow macaroni, half of the cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
