- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 cups peeled and sliced apples
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the sliced apples with sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and toss with the apple mixture.
- Pour the apple and biscuit mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
- For a variation, try adding nuts or raisins.
- Be sure to use firm apples to hold their shape while baking.
