Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the diced apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar.
  3. Fill taco shells with the apple mixture and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped cream.
  6. Remove taco shells from the oven and let cool slightly.
  7. Fill each taco shell with the cheesecake mixture.
  8. Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator.
