- 12 taco shells
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix diced apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar.
- In another bowl, blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fill taco shells with cream cheese mixture and top with apple mixture.
- Place filled tacos in the oven for about 10 minutes until warmed through.
- Serve topped with whipped cream.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider caramel sauce on top.
