- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a saucepan, bring apple cider to a boil and reduce until it measures about 1/2 cup, then let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sugars, melted butter, and eggs. Mix well.
- Add the cooled apple cider and milk to the mixture and combine.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
