Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the sugars and butter until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, then mix in the apple cider.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
