Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar, then beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, followed by apples and walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg.
- Consider using brown sugar for a deeper sweetness.
