- 4 cups diced apples

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the diced apples with cinnamon and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, flour, melted butter, salt, and baking powder until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Spread the apple mixture over the crust.
- Top with the remaining crumb mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
- For a nuttier flavor, add chopped nuts to the topping.
- Serve warm with ice cream for a delicious treat.
