- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cups sliced apples
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a bowl, toss sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla and flour.
- Pour cheese mixture over crust and top with the apple mixture.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, try adding nutmeg with the apples.
- Serve with whipped cream or caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
