Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cups sliced apples
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a bowl, toss sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon, then set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla and flour.
  6. Pour cheese mixture over crust and top with the apple mixture.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, try adding nutmeg with the apples.
  • Serve with whipped cream or caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
