Ingredients

  • 4 cups apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add in melted butter and stir until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  5. Layer the sliced apples on top of the crumb mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the apples.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
