- 2 cups diced apples

- 8 flour tortillas

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the diced apples and cinnamon, mix until evenly coated.
- Transfer the apple mixture to a baking dish.
- In another bowl, brush each flour tortilla with melted butter and sprinkle with a mixture of granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut the tortillas into triangles and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the tortillas for 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Serve the warm Apple Pie Dip with the cinnamon sugar tortilla chips.
