- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, panko breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, eggs, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and minced ginger.
- Mix everything until well combined and form the mixture into patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with spicy mayo.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add Sriracha to the mayo.
- These cakes can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
