- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each chicken breast.
- Stuff each pocket with asparagus and mozzarella cheese.
- Rub the chicken with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the stuffed chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in Italian herbs before cooking.
- Try adding sun-dried tomatoes for a twist!
