Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each potato slice in the egg, then coat with the flour mixture, followed by the breadcrumbs.
