- 4 large potatoes
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each potato slice in the egg, then coat with the flour mixture, followed by the breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the potato slices until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
