Instructions

- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a flat oval shape.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each naan for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Brush cooked naan with minced garlic and cilantro.
- Serve warm.
