- 2 pounds of flank steak
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat grill to high.
- In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Rub the mixture onto the flank steak.
- Drizzle olive oil on the grill grates.
- Place the steak on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side for medium rare.
- Remove from grill, let it rest for 10 minutes, then slice against the grain.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak for a few hours before grilling.
- Serve with a side of grilled vegetables.
