- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble when cool.
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out some flesh to create a cup.
- In a bowl, combine avocado flesh, lime juice, salt, pepper, tomato, and onion.
- Scoop the mixture back into the avocado cups and top with crumbled turkey bacon.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce to the filling.
- These cups can be prepared ahead of time, just add the bacon before serving.
