Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble when cool.
  3. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out some flesh to create a cup.
  4. In a bowl, combine avocado flesh, lime juice, salt, pepper, tomato, and onion.
  5. Scoop the mixture back into the avocado cups and top with crumbled turkey bacon.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
