Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Form the ground beef into patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy.
- Grill the burger patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another pan, combine blackberries and honey, cook until it thickens.
- Assemble the burger with a patty, bacon, cream cheese mixture, and blackberry compote on a bun.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- For a spicier flavor, add jalapeños to the burger.
- Best served fresh but can be kept in the fridge for a day.
