- 12 jalapeños
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Stuff the jalapeño halves with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- For a milder flavor, remove the seeds and membranes from the jalapeños.
- These can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking.
