Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 slices bread
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, celery, and onion.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Spread the chicken salad onto slices of bread, add lettuce, and top with another slice of bread.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- This chicken salad can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
- For extra flavor, consider adding diced pickles or mustard.
