Instructions

- Add crushed pineapple, dark rum, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze for about 4 hours, or until firm.
- Scoop the ice cream and serve with additional pineapple or coconut if desired.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit dark rum.
- Feel free to add other mix-ins like chocolate chips or nuts.
