- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
- Add the Baileys and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Baileys mixture.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and slice to enjoy.
Notes
- For a firmer cheesecake, refrigerate overnight.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings for an elegant touch.
