- 1 package chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 package chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup chocolate shavings
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until smooth.
- Add the Baileys Irish Cream and mix well.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Fold in the whipped cream until combined.
- Layer crushed chocolate wafer cookies at the bottom of a trifle dish.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the cookies.
- Add a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the pudding.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle cocoa powder and chocolate shavings on top for garnish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger Baileys flavor, increase the amount of Baileys Irish Cream.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for easy preparation.
