Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Add the diced apples, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop the batter onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the fritters cool before serving.
