Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in the blueberries.
- Scoop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the fritter bites are golden brown.

- Feel free to add a pinch of nutmeg for extra flavor.
