- 1 round of Brie cheese
- 1 bread bowl
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully hollow out the center of the bread bowl.
- Place the Brie inside the hollowed bread bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine cranberry sauce, thyme, brown sugar, walnuts, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the cranberry mixture over the Brie.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the Brie is melted.
- Remove from oven and serve warm with pieces of the bread.

- Pair with crackers for extra texture.
