Ingredients

  • 1 round of Brie cheese
  • 1 bread bowl
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully hollow out the center of the bread bowl.
  3. Place the Brie inside the hollowed bread bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, combine cranberry sauce, thyme, brown sugar, walnuts, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the cranberry mixture over the Brie.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the Brie is melted.
  7. Remove from oven and serve warm with pieces of the bread.
