  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup dried figs, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Place the Brie in the center, and top with honey and chopped figs.
  4. Fold the pastry over the cheese, sealing it tightly.
  5. Brush the outside with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
