- 2 cups chopped broccoli

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
