- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and Cajun seasoning.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the avocado sauce by blending avocado, lime juice, Greek yogurt, garlic, and salt until smooth.
- Serve the baked salmon with the creamy avocado lime sauce on top.

- Adjust the Cajun seasoning to your taste.
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the sauce.
