- 1 head cauliflower
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and place in a large bowl.
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
- Add the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped turkey bacon to the cauliflower. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- If using, sprinkle cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
- Serve warm.

- For added flavor, consider using smoked paprika.
