Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 8 large tortillas
  • 1 cup green chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, and half of the cheese.
  3. Spoon the mixture onto each tortilla, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the green chili sauce over the burritos and top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
