- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12 small flour tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salsa, garlic powder, cumin, and salt until well combined.
- Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the filling onto each tortilla and roll them tightly.
- Place the taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the taquitos lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with sour cream, guacamole, or extra salsa for dipping.
- These taquitos can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
