  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 12 small flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, salsa, garlic powder, cumin, and salt until well combined.
  3. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the filling onto each tortilla and roll them tightly.
  4. Place the taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spray the taquitos lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
