- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 small flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, taco seasoning, and cheddar cheese.
- Lay out a tortilla and spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the filling onto one side.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush olive oil over the top of each taquito.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
Notes
- Feel free to add diced vegetables to the filling for added flavor.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole for dipping.
