- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 4 pieces chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, soak the chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Remove the chicken from buttermilk, dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.

- For added flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
