- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they're well coated.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the wedges during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before seasoning.
- These potato wedges make a great snack or appetizer!
