  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they're well coated.
  5. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the wedges during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
