- 4 large potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until coated.
- Spread the wedges on a baking sheet and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
