- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and stir in the lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the lemon butter mixture over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the lemon butter mixture for 30 minutes before baking.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or over a bed of rice.
