- 4 fillets cod fillets

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the butter sauce over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
- For a crispy topping, broil the fish for the last 2 minutes of baking.
